Due to the massive growth this means they are now looking to recruit a (min 3 years experience) Senior .NET Developer to join their impressive team. The right candidate must have technical skills that include: LINQ, HTML, CSS, Java Script, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Source Control, Unit Testing, Visual Basic, Crystal Reports, WPF, WCF, XHTML, XML, SSRS, Advanced Microsoft SQL server and Web Standards. Some knowledge or experience in the financial services arena would be good but not essential. If you do not possess all of these skills still apply for the role as you will be considered.

The right candidate for these roles would have done an extensive amount of work in middle tier development. The role is heavily orientated around Middle Tier Development so candidates must be able to clearly demonstrate a proven track record in this area

Some other very important skills and requirements are: Excellent communication skills (both written and Spoken) , good time management skills, be goal oriented, have a can do attitude and have good problem solving skills.
