THE ROLE:

Reporting to the National OHS Manager, your new role will involve ensuring the delivery of cost effective professional and customer focused claims management, quality review and assist in the delivery of internal training to line management across multi site locations.

In addition as part of their internal national safety and injury management team you will be working closely with multiple stakeholders to effect, coordinate and educate business units in effective Return to Work processes and outcomes.

CRITERIA AND PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

If you have solid claims / injury management experience in a workplace environment, then you're the kind of person we're looking for. Managing cases from end to end, this role presents an excellent opportunity to establish strong relationships and make a difference to employees and stakeholders across the entire business.

Through return to work plans, workplace assessments and internal training, you'll need to be empathetic yet influential in ensuring our clients employees return to work as quickly and safely as possible.

The ideal candidate for this role will have had significant exposure and understanding of Victorian Workcover legislation and in excess of 3 years practical claims case management experience gained within an Insurer environment.

Although not essential applicants who in addition hold Allied Health related qualifications and Return to Work Coordinator certification are strongly encouraged to apply.
