PI Underwriter

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an Underwriting Agency as a PI Underwriter.
You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships with intermediaries and clients, establish and process new business, prepare renewals to ensure the profitability of the PI portfolio and provide specialist product advice to brokers on multiple and single lines. Other duties include indicating trends by class of business and business unit, establishing appropriate measurement techniques and reporting systems, liaising with technical specialists and managers and responding to customer enquires in a timely manner.
To be suitable for this position, you must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience working within the general insurance market and strong management, underwriting, risk evaluation and broker portfolio management skills within Professional Lines Insurance.
