With substantial growth planned over the coming 18 months we are also now looking to recruit talented and driven Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join the team and make significant contributions to the ongoing success of the business.
Recruitment is a telephone based sales role, one which gives you great scope to build and manage accounts from scratch, using your ability to sell recruitment services, to sell yourself, and to deliver solutions to your clients. Core tasks for Recruiters include cold calling, networking, client meetings, and promoting the company brand. We are therefore looking for ambitious individuals who enjoy a challenge and are driven by success.
This is a great opportunity to join a successful recruitment company and learn the ropes alongside experienced recruiters while still earning commission.
Ideally you will be educated to degree level, however non graduates will be considered only if they can demonstrate strong track record outbound B2B sales experience. A background in sales, telesales or some recruitment will obviously be a major benefit.
