What you need to have / be

• Driven, focused and passionate about recruitment
• Strong administration skills
• Good computer and Microsoft office skills
• Great organisational skills
• A passion to SELL and CONVERT new business opportunities
• Previous recruitment experience within the white or blue sector
• Goal driven and a desire to beat targets
• Ability to work well under pressure and work to deadlines

No two days will be the same, and we work in a dynamic and fast paced branch. Everyone works very well as a team and all assist with the smooth running of daily and quarterly goals.
