How it works:
You will be setup up to operate from home or any remote location by providing web based access to advanced recruitments systems and all the necessary back office support services needed to ensure you are 100% focused on recruiting and maintaining high billings.
Compensation:
You keep 50% of the first 50K billed and 100% of every dollar thereafter each year for permanent placements. If you make contract placements, you will earn 100% of the net margin you generate.
Who Should Apply?
To qualify to recruit with HR national you must have;
- 3+ years of current third party recruiting experience.
- Client development & candidate sourcing experience.
- Self motivation and be results driven.
- Intermediate to advanced computer & internet literacy.
