Our Contact Centre division are specialists in the recruitment of temporary and permanent staff for contact centre and customer service positions. We are looking for a passionate and motivated sales professional to join our team as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant. Your motivation to win new business and ability to convert opportunities will be essential to your ongoing success. Working in a supportive team environment, you will have the autonomy to manage the recruitment process professionally, to ensure that both candidates and clients only receive the very best service from you.

You will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process including: 

• Advertising, selecting and interviewing candidates
• Prospecting for new business and meeting with new and established clients
• Working with weekly KPI's
• Referencing, database and candidate management
