Do you already have 2 years recruitment experience in IT or L&D?

Perform is Australia's leading recruiter for training and development roles and for the provision of instructional design and system training contractors to large scale corporate IT projects.

Together with our sister company, Perform Learning Services, we help our many corporate clients to deliver major IT and business change projects and to build exceptional Learning, Development and Training teams.

Thanks a continued growth we currently have an opportunity for enthusiastic consultants to join our fun friendly and successful team.

We are looking for people with a couple of years recruitment experience or those with a strong understanding of systems training or L&D roles.

You will have free rein to develop new clients relationships and to fill both contract and permanent roles.

You will have:

A confident, enthusiastic and friendly personality with the ability to communicate with people at all levels

An established track record in recruitment or L&D (minimum 2 years)

Excellent, proven and demonstrable sales and customer service skills

A desire to contribute to the growth of the business and to share in the rewards

Computer skills, including a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint are essential.

You will enjoy a positive and flexible working environment where individual development is fostered and ownership of client accounts is encouraged.
