Our client is a high profile food organisation who supplies a wide range of ambient and chilled products to the major retailers throughout Australia. They have based their success on product innovation, quality and most importantly company culture. In order to support their philosophy they are now seeking to recruit a high calibre HR professional to join their team at this key strategic facility in Melbourne.
Reporting into the Group HR Director, your main responsibility will be the development of Site/Business HR strategy. Also in this broad HR role you will be heavily involved in Change Management, L&D, Performance Management and Appraisal, Employee Relations and Recruitment.
In order to succeed in this role you will be degree qualified, preferably in HR Management and have gained 5 years experience at a similar level in a manufacturing organisation. You will have excellent communication and problem solving skills and have strong influencing skills.
