Our client is an Iconic Australian company who has fantastic CBD based offices. They currently have an opening for an experienced Injury Manager to join their team.  

 Based at their CBD offices your main duties will include:

• Coordination and manage procedures,,
• Ensuring that injury management principles are implemented in accordance with relevant state legislations and internal policies and procedures.
• Liaising with doctors, employers and employees you will have ongoing relationships with the Return to Work Coordinator and Injured Worker.
• Developing injury management plans and reviewing the injury management for all workers compensation claims, you will take active participation in claim reviews and assessments.
• As well creating incident reports and taking the necessary actions to prevent further incidents from occurring

To be considered for this position you will need  

• 3+years experience in the same role or a similar role
• The ability to formulate and implement injury management plans and early intensive intervention strategies
• Allied health qualifications
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of an integrated team
