As a Recruitment Consultant, you will enjoy working in a varied and fast paced environment with plenty of people contact and a great deal of job satisfaction.
As part of the senior project recruitment team, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with candidates who are at Management level
- Screening and assessing applications
- Short-listing candidates
- Conducting interviews
- Preparing ????? ????? relevant reports
- Assisting with general recruitment needs
You will also be comfortable working to targets, managing processes and meeting deadlines.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven human resources and recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting white collar professionals at management level
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
- High level of organisation
- A “can do” attitude
- Excellent nous
- A professional and highly ethical approach to work
- Good IT skills (Ms Outlook, Ms Word and Ms Excel)
This is a "hands on" role where the Recruitment Consultant will be required to work as part of a team, be highly flexible and adaptable and responsive to a deadline driven environment.
Initailly a temporary project role, this may lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
