The Roles Group HSE Systems Manager Ref 0910-5
You and your team will focus on:
- Further developing, maintaining and refining the corporate HSE system and associated programs
- Engaging the business and establishing targets aligned to continuous improvement strategies
- Managing projects of strategic or operational value to the business
- Further developing and implementing an effective HSE audit program
- Providing technical expertise, advice and coaching to the business
Group HSE Operations Manager Ref 0910-6
With strategic oversight you will:
- Manage a large team of HSE specialists to implement effective health, safety, environment and workers compensation policies.
- Partner with the business to provide specialist advice in identifying areas for improvement and working constructively to mitigate HSE risks.
- Ensure that relevant standards are implemented consistently and performance measures are established and achieved.
We are seeking outstanding safety professionals with the ability to build relationships, coach and influence at all levels and manage a team of direct reports. With a strong commitment to a risk based approach, you will bring ????? ????? in the development and/or implementation of HSE systems within large, complex environments. An understanding of the standards required to maintain a self insurance licence is essential along with relevant tertiary qualifications.
