I have a position for a committed late 1st/2nd year apprentice in the City. 

Excellent opportunity, working from one of 3 kitchens, in a 5 star Hotel in the cbd.   

      Expectations are for professional presentation and attitude, looking for an applicant with drive, passion and meticulous attention to detail.

This position would suit a committed individual with excellent cooking and communication skills.

      Apprentices at this site will be exposed to a wide variety of practical commercial cookery duties and dishes; and are encouraged to incorporate the dishes practiced in trade school onto the menu where practical.
