    Based in the Melbourne CBD, our client has  an outstanding reputation both as an employer and Superannuation provider. They are award winning, and hugely committed to developing staff internally. They are dynamic in their approach, and are not KPI focused in the way they target their member service teams - your role will be actually helping the members not just hitting KPI's!

    The Role

    This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated enthusiastic individual who wants to work for an organisation that will value you as an employee.
     
    As part of the member services team, you will be responsible for helping members understand their superannuation and maintain their superannuation account, and helping members through member centre services and correspondence and written query resolution in accordance with service standards.

    Your Profile
     
    The role is approximately 70% phone based, so you will have excellent communication skills and a true desire to give the best possible service levels to members. You will have to have solid Superannuation experience, and the PS/RG146 qualification is a pre-requisite. You will want to develop your career, and work for an employer of choice within the Superannuation environment
