This great opportunity is to work for an international financial services organisation that provides a comprehensive and integrated range of financial products and services. The Group is structured around regional banking and wealth management operations and an international capital markets and institutional banking business.
Working within the well established dispute resolution team you will be a key decision maker on resolving customer complaints and disputes. This team action all disputes raised within Collections, through in-house systems, as well as correspondence received directly from customers. They also assist Customer Feedback and Resolutions in resolving complaints where Collections are involved.
You will be responsible for making effective decisions and communicating with customers via telephone and/or correspondence to negotiate payment arrangements for outstanding debt/s within the policy guidelines.
If you have exposure to resolving disputes and strong problem solving skills then this could be the right role for you.
