This major finance institution is entering ????? ????? phase of transformation and is subsequently looking for an experienced project manager to lead the operational excellence program across the organisation.
 
This autonomous role will work closely with various Departmental Heads and form an integral part of leading the business transformation program.  You will be responsible for the design and implementation of business models, through to the deliverance of business performance through the rigorous application of program / project management frameworks.
 
Responsibilities include alignment of key processes in strategic business redesign, generating bottom-line benefits, supporting the development of the vision and strategy with the engagement of key stakeholders, meeting project deadlines and budgets (whilst achieving outcomes), leading and facilitating teams throughout the complex project, project Reporting, documenting new strategies and tools, maintaining compliance with operational risk guidelines and policies.
 
Ideally from a banking or consulting background with a proven track record in business transformation projects, preferably using Six Sigma Methodologies.  You will be an effective communicator with strong influencing and relationship building skills and self-directed leadership qualities.  Action oriented with an obsession for results, you will thrive in a deadline driven environment.
