This specialised role within the retail Banking segment will require you to service and generate unsecured loan, credit card, general insurance and deposit product sales for new and existing consumer banking customers.
You will also be expected to probe your customers with questions that will assist you to cross sell and close a sale whenever a need is identified.
For those candidates who want to move into areas such as Business Banking, Corporate Banking, Relationship Management, Private Banking etc then you need to have a good understanding of the Banks Products, Services, Procedures, marketing campaigns, handling a diverse range of enquiries, handling objection, closing and cross selling different products and business units then you need to start in a position such as this Personal Banking Specialist role that will expose you to the above and assist you in moving the direction you desire long term.
With 4 weeks full time paid training, this Bank will do what ever it takes to provide you with the tools to assist you in becoming a star in the consumer sales & service business unit and will lead you to your next step up within the Bank once you have proven your passion, dedication and results to your department.

- Do you have a high level of clear verbal and written communication skills?
- Do you have 2-5 years of proven Sales experience?
- Can you work a fulltime shift between 8.00am until 8.00pm?
