Senior Change Manager

Subsequently it is seeking an accomplished change professional to drive the development, implementation and leadership of major change management models and practices.
     
    This pivotal roll will report directly to a General Manager enabling you to work with senior executives to deliver an exceptional change management experience across a complex and challenging environment. You will be responsible for providing consulting expertise for all new initiatives that will have a significant change impact across a range of business units.
     
    As the Senior Change Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to effectively implement change model frameworks, systems, tools and governance. You will also be required to report and communicate change throughout the organisation ensuring ????? ????? optimisation where applicable.
     
    To ensure the success of your application, it is essential that you have demonstrable senior management background boasting between 5 - 10 years experience leading large programs of change or business transformation. You will possess exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on problem resolution and relationship management.
