This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic customer service professionals to take up a varied role within our fun and friendly member services team.
If you would enjoy helping members understand their super by providing general advice over the phone, in person and via correspondence, then this is the role for you. You’ll also be involved in member growth and retention initiatives and administration of members’ super accounts.
You will bring ????? ????? focus on customer service and education to members, a commitment to quality and experience in superannuation. RG146 qualifications for general advice (or close to completion) are also required.
