This top four bank is has made a real commitment to expanding its Global presence whilst maintaining its trusted brand. They are currently experiencing a phase of growth within their Mortgage Division.
To support this projected growth they are looking to recruit experienced Mortgage Enquiries Officers. You will be responsible for handling inbound mortgage queries from various external and internal customers. Along with this key component you will be tasked with managing and updating internal systems and assisting with process improvement.
You will have a proven track record in mortgage processing and dealing with complex requests and be able to demonstrate managing competing demands. Demonstrated experience within Banking and Financial Services is a must.
