A unique and challenging opportunity has arisen as one of Australia's largest financial institutions enters into an exciting period of transformation. As a result of this strategic change, we are looking for experienced and senior Business Analysts to support the Project team across a number of key initiatives
 
Reporting to the Program Director, the role will involve translating the requirements of the project into a functional specification, defining, designing and supporting the development of all new projects and upgrades and documenting requirements and specifications in detail.  The role is to support project delivery, whether in a requirements gathering / analyst position or project management capacity.
 
The ideal candidate will have over five years experience in working on large business transformation and / or implementation projects in a Senior BA / requirements gathering / Project Management capacity as well as having a sound knowledge of Institutional and Wholesale banking.  The successful candidate will have familiarity with Project life cycle methodology and have experience in structured method design tools as well as the ability to produce high quality documentation, the ability to work under pressure and to be able to work autonomously as well as in a team.
