The Implementation coordinator works closely with numerous internal and external stakeholders to enable wealth management practices to better services client.
 
The responsibilities in the role are varied, covering client communications, workflow management, training and workshop selection. You will also be expected to manage client feedback, troubleshoot for clients and be a central relationship manager understanding the specific  client requirements.
 
The successful applicant, will be able to multi task, have fantastic communication skills and be able to prioritise conflicting task effectively. Experience with SOA or CRM software is essential as is RG146.
