This senior financial planning role will see you working with other senior members of the Victorian team, reporting through to the national planning manager. You will be working with a full suite of client and customer services officers, leading to a very strong internal referral source. Your responsibilities will include: - Full function financial planning, and mentoring junior members of the team
- Developing and exercising behaviours, business understanding and sales skills to build relationships with customers.
- Developing the customer base by converting leads, developing referral partners, presenting seminars and developing new and maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Advising HNW clients by developing an intimate knowledge of the investment process and having a deep understanding of the strategies appropriate to a HNW customer.
To be successful in this role you will ideally be CFP qualified, and have demonstrable skills and authenticity in front of a HNW client base, with an understanding of complex planning strategies.
