This global organisation is currently looking for adviser assistants to help service its financial adviser network via, inbound calls and email.

The primary purpose of this role is to establish and maintain high levels of service by handling the diverse enquiries from external and internal clients. The secondary requirement of the position is to administer client super and investment portfolios by processing adviser requests, quickly and efficiently.
 
The successful applicant will have highly developed interpersonal skills where they can easily strike up strong rapport. The applicant will also be expected to analyse each customer enquiry, interpret relevant responses and have an understanding of the advisors requirements.

To be in consideration for this position, it is assumed you will have RG146 compliance and customer service experience within a Paraplanning, Platform, Investments or super environment.
