This global organisation is currently looking for two Business Super consultants to help service its clients via, inbound calls and email.
The primary purpose of this role is to establish and maintain high levels of service by handling the diverse calls from external and internal customers. You will be expected to maintain knowledge of the company's business superannuation products, systems and procedures.
The successful applicant will have highly developed interpersonal skills where they can easily strike up strong rapport. The applicant will also be expected to analyse each customer enquiry, interpret relevant responses and have an understanding of the advisors requirements.
To be considered for the position you will have RG146, have experience with dealing with customers in a finance environment and have an understanding superannuation legislation and taxation.
