" A leading financial services institution based in Melbourne currently have the need to recruit a number of migration offices to support and train customers through a systems upgrade and transition.

You will be an instrumental part of the project team and add value in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities will include; Providing support and training to the online customer base wishing to migrate to a new product, add value by providing continuous improvement suggestions, establish relationships with Product and Service areas, which have contact with the Sales team, maintain a high quality of customer training both over the phone and onsite.
