  • "This exciting opportunity is to work for an international financial services organisation that provides a comprehensive and integrated range of financial products and services. The Group is structured around regional banking and wealth management operations and an international capital markets and institutional banking business.

    Working within Specialised Collections Services you will be either assist the Customer Advocacy team in coordinating the resolution of or personally resolve customer complaints received that have been escalated through the Financial Ombudsman Services.

    Tasks you will be responsible for will include Coordinating and managing with others to resolve complaints, Communicating with customers via telephone and/or correspondence to negotiate payment arrangements for outstanding debt/s, problem solving/analytical skills and sound judgement, together with an ability to make autonomous financial decisions that best benefit the customer.

    Exposure to the financial services industry along with experience within collections and complaint resolution will be highly regarded for this role.
