Are you passionate about Small Business?
This leading financial institution is currently experiencing a rapid period of growth within their Small Business Banking division. In turn this growing business unit is seeking the skills of a Business Manager.
Your responsibility will be to build and develop a relationship with your own portfolio of Small Business customers. Be the primary point of contact and complete all customer queries in regard to business products and services and achieve stretch sales targets in terms of business lending, deposits and referrals to product partners.
The focus of this position is to identify, assist and resolve customer queries at the first point of contact by providing appropriate banking solutions, including documentation where required.
Major Responsibilities
Sales and referral performance:
• Identify high potential customers through research and proactively call them to maximise sales results which include Business Lending, Deposits and Referrals
• Develop and maintain relationships that provide potential sources of sales leads.
Relationship Management:
• Execute the team service and relationship vision and customer service standards.
• To be the reference point for the Small Business relationship customers, including loan queries, deposit queries, Not Sufficient Funds assessment, insurance, funds management.
• Gather information and submit loan applications on behalf of the customer to Small Business Operations. Follow up to ensure loan is fulfilled.
Experience and a passion for small business along with exposure to business lending will be highly regarded.
