This role would suit an experienced and ambitious relationship manager from a business or corporate lending background or a healthcare professional who is looking for a career change into financial services.
A passion for health care is key to being successful in this role.

Your role will involve managing a set of health care clients with a focus on new to bank clients being a major part of the position. Major responsibility is to achieve revenue growth through developing and deepening large commercial customer relationships with lending.

Key skills:
• Strong revenue growth and sales performance
• Increase existing customers share of wallet through identification and fulfilment of cross sales opportunities
• Maximise quality profitable commercial acquisition opportunities with external and local area market referral sources
• Understand key credit requirements to ensure lending applications are completed in line with credit policy
• Coaching, monitoring, supervision of direct reports to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their role to be compliant with FSRA requirements and external legislation
