This role represents an excellent opportunity to join and run a State division of a listed group in a growing sector.
Reporting to the Sales Director this role is responsible for the cost effectiveness and general operating efficiency of the business in Victoria it also has direct responsibility for the SA & WA sales consultants. With a focus on maintaining existing relationships and driving future prospective sales opportunities, that will deliver sustainable growth and profitability in the region. The challenge presented to you will be the balance you achieve by providing leadership, strategic direction and motivation to a strong team, as well as having a significant impact on day to day issues to ensure long term success.
To succeed in this role you will need to have a proven track record in managing a multi-million dollar services based business unit, with an emphasis on sales and or business generating activities. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, performance management experience and an enthusiastic approach to motivating teams to achieve targets.
A background from Management Consulting, Software, Logistics or Services will be highly regarded.
