We currently require a Senior Project Manager for a top tier contractor working on an iconic project in outer Melbourne. The role incorporates physical project management as well as cost & budget reporting and direct liaison with the government and regulatory boards.
This company has an excellent industry reputation for delivering projects on time and budget. They are currently experiencing massive growth both in Australia and Overseas and are looking for individuals committed to developing themselves and the company.
You will ideally fulfill the following criteria to apply:
At least 10 years site based construction experience.
Experience managing civil construction projects $50m+
On site experience managing H&S issues.
High level of commercial experience including cost and budget reports.
Managing a team of up to 25 direct reports and 200 indirect reports.
Competitive package between $160k - $220k depending on experience.
