You are a project manager looking for your next interesting project. You are looking to use your extensive project management skills and interest in technology to deliver a highly complex project where the challenges come not only from the technical complexity but also from the locational and political constraints of this leading edge project.
This role is a chance to use your skills to deliver a project that will be a world leader in the field. The project will involve the removal, upgrade, maintenance, assessment and redundancy planning of a variety of safety critical, technology assets. Planning for the end of life of this fundamental technology infrastructure will be part of this interesting and challenging project management role.
An experienced project manager you will have demonstrated experience of major technology projects that have not only been technically complex but also over a variety of locations. You will be able to manage a variety of stakeholders and understand the complex government and political considerations a project of this profile attracts.
Liaising with all levels and experience across both the project and the larger business you are an excellent communicator. You are able to communicate with the technical specialists and engineers as well those who will be affected and influenced by the change in technology.
This is a project like no other in Australia and is a chance to develop you skills and deliver a major technology advance to the Australian marketplace. To be considered for this role you will have at least 5 years demonstrated project management experience, as well as qualifications in project management and/or engineering.
