Based in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD & eastern region you will be working closely with the National Manager overseeing a number of assets.

 

An exceptional Facilities Management position is currently available for a motivated and professional individual looking to take on the day to day operations of this Data centre account.

 

As either an experienced FM or Technical Manager you will join the FM team and be an integral part of delivering ????? ????? Facilities Management. You will be directly responsible for:

• Hands on involvement in maintenance and maintenance management 
• Budget Management
• Contractor Management
• Documentation
• Manage day to day operations of data centre units

 

As a vital part of the Facilities team you will maintain a hands on approach to maintenance and ensure optimum performance. To be truly successful will require a diverse and broad range of skills such as;

• Strong UPS experience
• Time management skills 
• Strong communication skills, Excellent customer service & work ethic 
• Understanding of OHS and Sustainability initiatives
• Electrical or Mechanical background with solid experience in Date Centre management
