Our client is a leading service provider specialising in PPP contracts managing some of Melbourne’s most significant assets, and are looking for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join their team. Based in the CBD you will be responsible for the day to day running of this important commercial asset which is of one of their premier clients.

 

Based in the CBD your role as a senior FM will be to:

 

• Lifecycle planning
• Budget Management
• Capital works
• Management of sub-contractors on site
• Mechanical & electrical services
• Responsible for Preventative and reactive maintenance
• Fault Diagnosis
• Guarantee first level rapid response to maintenance
• Responsible for OH & S

 

The successful candidate will come from a solid background in FM and be able to clearly demonstrate managing technical trades, possess sharp communications skills and be a qualified engineer in either mechanical or electrical.

This role will ideally suit a fast passed operator who enjoys the technical side of facilities who is looking to excel their career within a global organisation who has a proven winning formula in the FM world.
