Our client is looking for a Senior FM that possess exceptional compliance, contract analysis, OH&S, Risk, building codes and Australian standards knowledge as this will be an initial focus in the role.
Operationally you will be responsible for managing all capex projects, building maintenance contracts, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire contracts whilst reviewing these contracts to ensure maximum delivery.
The successful candidate will be degree/ trade qualified and possess strong communication skills to ensure excellent rapport with the client. You will also possess excellent account management experience.
