Our client has just secured a portfolio of properties based around the CBD & Eastern Suburbs, which is tenanted by high profile tenants which will require a well polished Property Services Supervisor to commence ASAP. Our client is well known on a national scale for major Commercial & Retail developments and through recent growth a new position is available for a professional polished operator who can hit the ground running.
Overlooking an A-grade commercial & Retails assets you will be responsible for;
- Tenant liaison
- OH&S inductions
- Contractor coordination
- Essential services
- Administration
- Maintenance
- Reports
- Risk Audits
- Purchasing
You will come from a proven background in facilities in the commercial sector, and have demonstrated knowledge and experience in the above responsibilities to ensure hitting the ground effectively.
The successful candidate will have excellent operational and organisational skills to manage the efficiency of the building. Our client is seeking a candidate that posses a strong longevity focus and a stable industry background as the career growth and education provided is unlimited.
