Role Overview:
A new position has been created for a sustainable design consultant within this National team. Flexibility to be located in either Melbourne or Sydney exists in specialist team within a much larger National business.
This position will see you providing leadership on a project by project basis for internal clients. You will be instrumental in influencing the sustainable design service for property developments across the retail, commercial office, large scale residential and health sectors. Providing strategic sustainable advice across ESD brief and concept development, ESD performance assessments and lifecycle/costing of design concepts.
From day one you will be involved in the hands-on execution of work from brief development to post-occupancy evaluations. During ????? ????? and briefing phases you will guide the design responses towards specifics ESD initiatives.
Experience Required:
Tertiary qualifications in Building Design and/or Building Science.
Minimum of 4 years working in the property sector; with at least 3 years ESD experience.
Strong technical ability to manager NABERS and Green Star opportunities and requirements through the design, construction and commissioning phases.
