They currently require an experienced and adept Senior Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.
This newly created position is responsible for the provision and execution of both preventative and unplanned maintenance and engineering ????? ????? the plant, necessary to achieve the level of plant performance and availability as expected by the company.
Reporting to the plant manager, this position will Support, embrace and encourage the achievement of the Operations Excellence strategy. Key knowledge and skills include:
- Mechanical engineering ????? ????? equivalent plus extensive production and supervisory experience OR extensive mechanical trades experience plus production and supervisory experience
- Multi-disciplinary engineering ????? ????? practice
- Preventive maintenance techniques
- Governmental statutory requirements
- Industrial awards and agreements
- Safe work procedures
- Production processes, procedures and equipment function knowledge
- Computer aptitude and literacy
- General management abilities like cost accounting, planning and controlling
