There Melbourne office, based in the inner Eastern suburbs, has recently moved into new office space and now as the opportunity for further expansion.
They are currently seeking an intermediate structural engineer to join an established and busy team. Working on a range of commercial building projects, you well will involve:
- The completion of structural calculations
- Project management from conception to completion
- Liaison with clients, builders and architects
- Co-ordination of drafters
Typical projects include:
- Medium to high-rise buildings
- Schools and universities
- Hotels
- Shopping centres
As the ideal candidate, you will be a degree qualified engineer and have ample experience in the design of RC and steel framed buildings. Furthermore, you will have a solid knowledge of Australian Building Codes and Standards and excellent communication skills.
Working directly for the Structural Manager, you will be given the opportunity to project manage jobs from conception to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to develop all aspects of your structural engineering ????? ?????.
