Based in the CBD, this international consultancy has been delivering innovative and dynamic engineering solutions to its clients for over 20 years. With an International presence, they are currently working on a range of large scale and exciting building projects out of their Melbourne office.

You will work within a structural group directed by an engineer revered for both his technical engineering knowledge as well as his people management skills. You will be surrounded by experienced and professional structural engineers and drafters and work in a team-based environment. As a structural drafter, you will be responsible for using AutoCAD to complete drawings of medium to large scale commercial and institutional buildings. While surrounded by and an established support network, you will be given the opportunity to manage your own work.

You will ideally be proficient in the use of AutoCAD to draft RC, steel , timber and masonry. You will work effectively within a team and be motivated to complete projects to an extremely high quality.

 This is an immediate opportunity.  Initially a short term contract, there is definite opportunity for the contract to be extended and a permanent position to develop.

Specific remuneration will be determined by your experience.
