Immediate position for CAD Coordinator with long term prospects

Experience required in drafting of M&E, Fire and Hydraulic building services

Established decades ago, this large consultancy provides building services from concept to completion to both public and private clients internationally.  Their exciting project portfolio includes retail, commercial, educational, industrial, institutional and residential building projects.  They now require an experienced CAD Coordinator to help manage drafting requirements in their building services team.
 
Employed as a CAD Coordinator, you will be working in a team of highly skilled professionals and use your experience and technical ability to produce and set up detailed package drawings for building services.  
 
As the successful candidate you will have:

• Circa 5 - 8 years experience working as a building services Drafter 
• Extensive experience drafting Mechanical HVAC, Electrical, Fire and Hydraulic systems for buildings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with comprehensive knowledge of local standards
• Experience in working on medium and large scale building projects
• Excellent time management and team work skills
• Ability to hit the ground running with existing projects
