We are currently seeking experienced personnel to conduct training courses within the sector of work readiness, business administration, retail and hospitality using a mix of Federally funded training initiatives.
As the successful candidate, you will be an exceptional communicator with experience delivering content across the full range of soft skills including communications, customer service and teamwork. Additional areas of interest include job seeking, work preparation, OH&S and computers.
To be considered, you will possess experience developing people through quality training delivery, formal training qualifications and a demonstrated capacity to develop and work to training schedules and session plans.
Your qualifications, experience and responsibilities will include:
- Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment [TAA40104]
- Demonstrated experience within the fields of administration, reception and/or retail
- Knowledge of Australian Defence Force
- Experience in delivering training programs and competency based assessments
- Ability to relate to learners of all ages
- Confident and effective communication skills
