To be successful you will possess sales experience with a track record of hitting targets. You will be responsible for identifying, developing new accounts and maintaining existing ones. You will not be afraid to pick up the phone and call prospective early childhood clients to arrange appointments and have a real desire to achieve and learn. If you have an understanding of the education and early years industry then this would be a bonus however it is your attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done that will see you succeed.

The successful candidate should possess and display the following skills:

Confident and engaging phone manner

A passion to SELL and CONVERT new business opportunities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Professional presentation skills
Strong administration and research skills
Computer literacy

Driven, focused and passionate about recruitment

Ability to work well under pressure and work to deadlines

You will inherit a hot desk, work with a wonderful team and a hands on manager, who are open to new directions, ideas and opportunities. Rotating start finish times - early finishes and late starts = time to have a life.

No two days will be the same, and we work in a dynamic and fast paced branch. Everyone works very well as a team and all assist with the smooth running of daily and quarterly goals.
