In this role you will be working within a team based call ????? ????? answering ????? ????? service queries and up-selling and cross selling additional products or add-on services. These positions require a strong customer service focus as well as the ability to identify cross-selling & up-selling opportunities that will benefit the customer but also increase revenue for the business.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- The ability to build rapport & maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to identify sales opportunities from an inbound call (cross-sell and up-sell)
- Problem solving & negotiation skills to resolve customer queries or complaints
- Ideally you will have previously worked in sales or customer service within a call ????? ????? retail environment or have equivalent experience
Full training is provided when you commence to give you the knowledge & confidence required in order to be successful in this role. Rest assured that the sky is the limit in terms of what you can achieve with your career in the long-term!!
These are permanent part-time time roles (35 hrs per week) and you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident available to work between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday on a rotating roster in order to apply. You also need to be available to work one Saturday per month.
