Plum Financial Services is a subsidiary of MLC Limited, a part of the National Australia Group of companies and provides integrated and innovative superannuation solutions to medium and large Australian organisations.
In this role as a Member Services Consultant you will be receiving inbound enquiries from Plum clients, members and relevant third parties. You will be responsible for providing an outstanding level of service and first time resolution on all calls.
All successful candidates will receive training on Plum products, services, procedures and computer systems.
This position will provide the right candidate with an attractive salary package, central CBD location and the foundation for a career in Finance and Superannuation. This is a full time opportunity with Plum.
