Collections consultant

Do you have experience in collection, sales or insurance?
We are looking to recruit an exceptional candidate to join a small, friendly team at one of the largest financial companies.

Your main responsibilities will be to manage a portfolio of up to 8,000 clients and follow up any dishonour fees
You will work with clients to establish a fair and reasonable payment plan should accounts end up in arrears


To be successful in this role you will must have ;

Good verbal communication skills
Ability to negotiate and influence
Be customer focus
Have good phone manner
Have good problem solving skills
