An niche Australian Insurance provider who operate nationally ,are seeking to expand within there Customer Service team based in Victoria.

This role will involve providing a range of services to a vast customer base including first point resolution of enquiries and providing accurate and timely information on all available products and services to a sophisticated member base.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work in a busy, challenging and supportive team environment, possess strong administrative competencies and computer literacy.

To ensure success in this role you will be someone who is able to lead from the front and deliver outstanding results at all times. Additionally it is desirable that applicants posses knowledge of General Insurance or Health Insurance, however this is not essential.
