  • Our client a growing financial services organisation is currently looking for committed and experienced Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic and vibrant team.
     
    Located in the CBD, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients; your aim will be to provide professional, accurate and efficient information to customers regarding the services the company has to offer.
     
    Your duties will include:
    • Building and maintain relationship with clients
    • Providing clients with information & benefits
    • Booking and arranging appointments
    • Database management
    • Ad hoc admin duties
    To be considered you will need to have solid experience in customer service, have excellent communication skills, be driven by results, committed to achieve, and have a positive proactive approach. Sound knowledge of MS Office and be available to commence immediately!
