Our client is an industry leader in water pumps, pressure systems, filters and accessories. Priding themselves of exceeding customer expectations, they are currently seeking a Customer Service Consultant who sees the importance of going one step further.

As a Customer Service Consultant you will be responsible for:

• Answering customer enquiries
• Processing national orders via phone, fax and email using SAP
• Issuing invoices ensuring ????? ????? structures are applied
• Managing all inventory using SAP
• Liaising with transport companies and customer to ensure products are received
• Providing internal support to Area Managers
• Achieving the highest level of quality customer service

• Experience within a pump, pool or spa industry will be highly regarded although applicants with related Customer Service experience will also be considered
• Clear and concise verbal communication a must
• Highest levels of professionalism
• Ability to manage time and workload effectively and work well within a team structure
• SAP is highly desirable
