outbound customer service

  • $23.51 per hour

  • 4 week temporary assignment
  • Randstad partners Australia's leading mail and parcel service provider and we are currently looking for outbound customer service agents to follow up on parcels that have gone missing in the post. You will be liaising with customers and post offices to find a resolution and outcome.

    You will need to posses the following skills and experience;

    • excellent customer service
    • exceptional phone manner
    • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • professionalism
    • computer and navigational skills
    • intermediate administration skills

    Successful candidates must undergo a police and medical check and to be eligible you must be an Australian/New Zealand resident or permanent resident.
